Suiza

Hello everyone,
I had a wonderful weekend in Geneva. I stayed with Nancy and Dominique for two nights. We ate the best food, like beef fondue and raclette . We ate at the same restaurant that Bill and Hillary Clinton ate at when they visited Geneva. Here is a picture of the plaque in front of the restaurant- it's the letter that Bill wrote thanking them.

We also drove all around and saw lots of adorable places and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. They showed me all of the important international buildings like the U.N. building. Then we walked around through the Old Town of Geneva. I didn't take a ton of pictures but here is what I have.

First view of Lake Geneva
We were standing by this museum about Swiss people in the world
The lake and some adorable houses
Cute outdoor cafe even though it was really cold
The Swiss flag and the flag for Geneva, which has a hilarious eagle on it
A protestant church.

Important canons
Protestant reformers. Geneva is very important for protestants.
Giant fountain! In the lake!
Nancy and Dominique in front of their house
Nancy and me- in the snow!
On my last day there, we drove to France and went to this adorable market!

Hope you all enjoy the pictures. It really was a great weekend. Everthing was so nice and pretty! The only bad part was that it was a pretty short visit. Really less then two full days! Suiza means Switzerland in Spanish.
